Ingredients:

– **For the Grilled Tofu:**

– 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and drained

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari

– 1 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup or agave nectar

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– **For the Asparagus:**

– 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish and flavor)

– **For the Cauliflower Rice:**

– 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced (or 1 bag of pre-riced cauliflower)

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

– Slice the tofu into thick slices.
